Gloray Shipping Policy
We want your Gloray experience to feel as beautiful as the products themselves — and that starts the moment you place your order.
Processing & Dispatch
Every order is carefully prepared and shipped within 1-3 business days, Monday through Friday. If you place an order over the weekend, we'll have it on its way first thing the following business day. Need something urgently? Reach out to us directly and we'll do everything we can to help.
Carriers & Tracking
You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. We recommend FedEx for the most reliable delivery experience with full insurance coverage. USPS is also available — however please note that once a package is marked delivered by USPS, we are unable to take responsibility for packages that don't make it to you safely.
Oversized Items
Some larger beauty devices may ship via USPS regardless of your carrier selection due to size and weight requirements. All oversized shipments include insurance for your peace of mind.
Didn't Receive Your Package?
If something doesn't arrive as expected please contact us within 4 days of your delivery confirmation. We genuinely want to help resolve it. For extra delivery security you're welcome to add "signature required" in your checkout notes.
